  • Elite coaching. Polishing and finessing the skills and movements developed over the years to ensure they are the most mechanically efficient in achieving that desired 1 rep max!
  • Competition coaching. You can read here how knowledgeable and experienced our coach is at competition day coaching, both the preparation of the lifters and support on the day. If you are looking for that additional support leading up to competing then this is the service for you.

Services include:

  • Gait analysis for track and field based sports to improve running technique and performance
  • Speed, agility and quickness coaching for those that require rapid changes of direction and sprinting
  • Power development for acceleration and jumping based sports
  • Endurance performance, such as middle and long distance running, developing efficient running, improving cardiovascular health for better performance and sport specific conditioning
